I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor based in Revelstoke, BC, and the the owner of Wholehearted Counselling. I specialize in offering holistic and integrative counselling for grief, anxiety, depression, end of life, and nervous system regulation. Counselling services offer a safe, confidential, and supportive space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Tailored to your unique needs, our services help you overcome challenges, make lasting changes, and receive ongoing support for personal growth.
End Of Life Services
End-of-life doulas provide companionship, comfort, and guidance to individuals planning for death, those diagnosed with a terminal illness, or those facing imminent death. They offer non-medical, holistic support, addressing emotional, spiritual, and practical needs with compassion and care.

Grief & Bereavement Support Groups
When: Offered 2-3 times a year, group sessions last 2 hours and the groups run for 6 weeks
Where: Revelstoke Senior’s Centre
Cost: FREE
Details: These groups provide a compassionate and supportive environment for those experiencing loss. They are facilitated by trained individuals dedicated to providing emotional support and guidance. This program is sponsored by the Revelstoke Hospice Society.

Chair Yoga Classes
When: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1pm
Where: Revelstoke Senior’s Centre
Cost: Tuesday (free with Senior’s centre membership), Thursday ($5/class)
Details: Chair yoga is an accessible and gentle form of yoga that is done while seated or using a chair for balance. This program is sponsored by the Revelstoke Women’s Shelter.
